  • I've made an online booking but haven't received any confirmation. What should I do ?

    Normally our email confirmation should arrive in your Inbox within a matter of minutes. If you haven't received an email confirmation of your reservation, this could be because an invalid email address has been entered, or the email might be in your SPAM/JUNK folder. Email us your booking details, or call us on the number above and we will forward your booking details to your valid email address.

  • I submitted my credit card details online. Will my card be charged immediately ?

    Please refer to our hotel terms and conditions when checking our rates and availabilty. If you book a non-refundable room, we will charge the full amount of the non-refundable rooms on confirmation of your booking.

  • How do can I make a reservation if I do not have a debit or credit card?

    For all online reservations, these can only be confirmed with a valid debit or credit card. If you wish to book without a debit or credit card, please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.

  • Can I cancel or amend my reservation through this website?

    Yes, you can cancel or amend your booking via the 'Manage Account' link, on our website. However, the Manage Account is only for bookings made on our website. If you booked through a 3rd party agent, you will need to contact them to cancel/amend your booking.

  • Are my credit card details secure ?

    All data that you provide us is transmitted in a secure environment. The credit card information entered is used for either one-time validation or will be charged in full depending on the booking payment policy.
